An air conditioning system is available throughout the hotel. The guest rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning equipment for your comfort. For this to work effectively, please do not ventilate when using air conditioning, or turn off the air conditioner if you wish to ventilate. Room temperature is centrally controlled for optimal energy use. This can be varied slightly with the room thermostats for an optimal individual thermal sensation. The intensity of the blowing can be adjusted.

The mineral water prepared in your room is a gift from our hotel.

Our bellhop colleague is ready to help you with the transportation of your luggage to and from your room. Upon request, your luggage will be stored in the luggage room. Please ask our reception staff for help!

Our bar offers a wide selection of drinks and cocktails, speciality coffees, snacks and homemade cakes, providing a pleasant setting for a meeting or a mid-day refreshment.

Your bathrobe and beach towel is prepared for you in your room. Lost items will be charged to the account of our guests. Thank you for your understanding!

In our hotel, you can rent bicycles for adults and children. The price of bicycle rental: HUF 1,000 / hour or HUF 5,000 / day

The following items are available in the rooms upon request, free of charge: baby cot with bed linen, toilet step and seat reducer, baby bathtub.
Bicycles for children can also be rented at the Reception desk. Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent when visiting the wellness area. Thank you for your understanding!

You can use your room until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. After this date, depending on availability, we can provide the room for an extra charge. If you would like to move out later, please consult our reception staff.

To speed up check-out, we offer guests the option to settle their account the night before departure. Then, upon departure, only the room cards need to be handed in at the Reception desk. Thank you for your cooperation!

If you do not wish to be disturbed by our staff, please indicate this on the touch panel next to your room door.

Electrical sockets next to the bed and desk make it easy to charge your electronic devices. There is also a USB socket in each room.

We are at your disposal for organizing any family or corporate event. If you are interested, please contact our Reception desk, where our staff will be happy to assist you.

The chance of a fire starting is very small, but we need your help to prevent it and to report it.

What to do in case of fire:
1. If you detect a fire, please report it with a loud “Fire! Fire!” shout and then immediately inform the Reception desk by pressing the manual call point or by telephone.
2. Follow the instructions of the staff and stay calm!
3. Find out the position of the staircase and emergency exits and the location of the fire extinguisher. The escape route is on the inside of the entrance door.
4. Do not use the lift to escape in case of fire!
5. The escape route is indicated by additional pictograms inside the building.
6. Place of assembly: The parking lot in front of the hotel.

In order to avoid fires, the following rules must be observed:
1. Do not smoke in the room!
2. Do not throw cigarette ashes into the waste paper basket and do not extinguish cigarette burns in it!
3. Do not bring highly flammable and explosive materials into your room! (For example: electric kettle for water heating, coffee maker, immersion heater, LPG gas cylinder, gas cartridge.)
4. Please do not leave your electrical appliances switched on when you are not in your room.
5. The electric kettle for water heating in the rooms is a fire hazard! Please also pay more attention to its use.

The fitness room is located in the Wellness section. Hotel guests can use the services of the fitness room free of charge. Please wear appropriate sportswear and shoes when using the fitness room and follow the Rules of Use posted outside the room to avoid the risk of accidents and for the benefit of our other guests. Thank you for your cooperation!

Rooms are cleaned daily between 8.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Upon request, it is possible to opt out of daily cleaning, which can be indicated by the “Do not disturb” sign next to the door.

If you would like to request a daily cleaning service, please hang the “Cleaning please” sign on the outside of the door handle Bed linen is changed 2 times a week, or daily upon request.
Additional duvets and pillows can be provided free of charge upon request. Towels are changed daily if they are found on the bathroom floor.

At your request – regardless of this – we will replace them every day. Please contact the Reception desk staff with any other requests regarding room cleaning and amenities.

Free broadband WiFi Internet access is available throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms.

Laundry and ironing services are available at the hotel for a fee. Please put the clothes to be cleaned in the laundry bag in the cupboard and fill in the laundry list. The cost of the laundry will be charged to your account on the basis of the laundry list you have checked.

From Monday to Friday: If you drop off your laundry before 9.00 a.m., we will complete your order within 12 hours, and we also have an express laundry service available to return your clothes within 1 hour. If you submit your order after 6.00 p.m., we can return it until noon the next day. (On Saturdays and Sundays, only express laundry service is available between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.) The sur- charge of the express laundry service is 200%.

Göd’s legislation requires our guests to pay a local tax on tourism. The tax rate is: HUF 450 / person / night.

Exempt from tax payment obligation: private individuals under the age of 18.

Please declare your exemption from local tax on tourism on the registration form at the time of check-in to ensure the accuracy of settlement of your account.

If you have lost something, please inform the Reception desk staff immediately.

If you find any of your valuables missing after you have left, please call our central telephone number +36 70 621 1238 for information on any items found.

If we have found your lost item, we will return it to you as soon as possible, for a refund of the postage costs. If you have found a lost item, please hand it in at the Reception desk.

Our hotel has one room with facilities for our mobility-impaired guests. They also have accessible bathrooms and comply with the relevant legislation. The entire hotel area is accessible. Please contact the Reception desk with any further requests.

Our hotel has an outdoor car park. Electric car charging is also available to our guests in the parking lot.

Please ask the Reception desk staff for details. Parking spaces are free of charge for guests staying at the hotel, and are available to external guests for a fee.

You can settle your payments at our hotel using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, as well as OTP, K&H and MHB SZÉP cards.

Please note that any pre-authorisation made during the booking or check-in process will be cancelled immediately after the invoice is settled.*

You can print from your own laptop or phone, or with the help of our reception staff, from the hotel’s computers or USB pendrives to the printer placed in the lobby. Please let the Reception desk know if you wish to use it.

Our hotel places great emphasis on protecting the environment. One of the most important elements of this is to protect our water resources.

But for our water saving programme, we also need your help. You can request a towel change by throwing the towel on the floor. To protect our environment, we give our guests the option to reduce the number of cleanings.

At our hotel, in exchange for the “no need for cleaning” option, you are invited for a drink at the bar. For more details please consult the Reception desk staff.

Our restaurant offers a wide selection of buffet breakfasts in the morning. For dinner, you can choose from our à la carte menu or buffet offer, depending on availability. A wide range of drinks is available to accompany your meals. Please note that our kitchen closes at 9.00 p.m.

Please discuss your special dietary requirements with our staff as soon as possible so that we can prepare to serve you perfectly.

If you have food sensitivities or allergies, please ask our colleagues about the allergen content of each food. We provide an allergen-free option for all meals. If we prepare a separate meal for you, we can do this for an extra charge. Our kitchen is NOT an accredited gluten-free kitchen, so we cannot provide completely gluten-free meals. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any problems related to this.

Guests are provided with bathrobes, shoe spoons, sewing kit, electric kettle for water heating and a selection of teas free of charge. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries and cosmetics.

Room service is available to our guests every day during restaurant opening hours. From 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., you can order from our breakfast buffet, at lunch time from our à la carte menu, at dinner time also from our current offer, with a service fee of HUF 5,000 HUF / occasion.

After consumption, if you wish to have your tray removed, please call the Reception desk or leave it outside the room door. You can also request breakfast served in your room. To order, please contact our colleagues. Breakfast can be ordered until 8.00 p.m. the day before. Thank you for your understanding!

You have your own in-room safe-deposit box to store your valuables and money. The in-room safe-deposit box is in the closet. In case of problems, please contact the Reception desk. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any valuables stored in the in-room safe-deposit boxes, which are used at your own risk.

If you wish to store valuables and other items of higher value, please contact the Reception desk, where you can store your valuables in the hotel’s guarded central safe-deposit box. Important:

Before you leave, remember to take out your personal belongings and leave the safe-deposit box door open for the next guest.

Guests can use the automatic shoe shine machine placed in the hotel lobby free of charge.

Please note that our rooms are non-smoking rooms and are equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking in a room can be a trigger for the fire alarm system connected directly to the fire brigade.

If you smoke in the room, you will be charged a fine and asked to reimburse any costs incurred. In accordance with relevant legislation, smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area, which is located in the garden.

In our hotel, our guests can watch 80+ TV channels in various themes (entertain- ment, news, children’s programs, educational, etc.) in Hungarian and several foreign languages. If you would like to watch TV online (e.g. bbc.com or cnn.com), please contact our colleagues.

Our guests can use our 9-passenger Mercedes minibus, which is available for a shuttle service for a fee.

If you need an umbrella, please contact our Reception staff. Umbrellas are available for a deposit, but can also be purchased at the Reception desk.

Please let our reception staff know if you need a wake-up call.

Our wellness section and sauna world are open to our guests during opening hours without any restrictions. Physiotrend Kft. offers a range of therapeutic and wellness services in the wellness section.

Please note that a penalty will be charged for late cancellations.
