Cancellation Policy
- Your reservation can be freely cancelled or modified up to 7 days prior to the arrival date (modifications are subject to the rates valid at the time of change). After this period, a fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. In case of late cancellation, the paid deposit or the credit card details provided at the time of booking may be used to cover the penalty.
Booking and Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Reservations are considered valid only upon successful credit card transaction or if the bank transfer is received by the specified deadline.
- Our prices include VAT but do not include the local tourist tax, which is HUF 450 per person per night (for guests over 18 years of age).
- Our hotel accepts OTP, MKB, and K&H SZÉP Cards.
- The discount cannot be combined with other offers.
- This offer is valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights, from Sunday to Thursday nights (weekdays only), and is available for guests aged 60 and above.
